Galvannealed Steel:

Galvannealed steel and galvanized steel are zinc coated on both sides at the mill to improve rust and corrosion resistance.

Galvannealed steel goes through an additional heating process which induces diffusion alloying between the molten zinc coating and the steel. Galvanized steel by contrast, is simply a coating over the steel.

Stainless Steel:

Stainless steel is a steel alloy that has a longer life under corrosive conditions. Unless requested by the customer, we generally use 430 stainless steel which contains 11% chromium and 1% manganese. The 430 series has a higher carbon content making the alloy sturdier and more durable. The 304 stainless steel contains 18% chromium, giving it a higher corrosion resistance.
